Photography

Photography is where the practice of looking becomes most literal and most demanding. A photograph requires you to stop, commit to a single frame, and ask whether what you see is worth holding onto.

My photographs come from the same places my videos do: shorelines, fog, glaciers, the ordinary places people move through quickly. They are studies in what stays still while everything else shifts.
